What we collect
MedCompare stores the medicines you choose to save locally on your own device using browser storage (localStorage). This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us.
Search activity
Searches you perform are processed on your device. In this demo build, no search data is sent to any server.

This preview uses demonstration medicine data and is not a live or verified source. Prices shown are illustrative only.
Where medicine data comes from
When live data is enabled, medicine prices are sourced from public government open data: NPPA (National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority) ceiling prices for scheduled formulations, and the Jan Aushadhi / PMBI generic medicine catalogue. These are reference prices, not live retail quotes. Always confirm the final price with a pharmacy.
Your choices
You can clear your saved medicines at any time from the Saved panel in the app. Clearing your browser storage removes all locally stored data.
